4. By using QUCHANGE you accept the risk that transactions may be delayed and you agree not to hold QUCHANGE liable for any damages or loss due to delays.

5. Trade orders placed on QUCHANGE are binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed.

6. You acknowledge that gift cards you trade on QUCHANGE belong to you and were purchased through proper channels without violating any laws.

7. This service is provided without warranty of any kind and QUCHANGE does not guarantee that the website will be available 100% of the time. Prices for gift cards stated on app and website are tentative due to the everchanging prices determined by the forces of demand and supply and final prices are subjected to the current market price at the time and we reserve the right to adjust to the final price without prior notification, however such price will not deviate very far from the initially stated tentative price.
